Please get your herbs from places where you can see that they&#8217;re really great quality, so in grocery stores like Walmart, sprouts, and Lowes foods, these places often have fresh herbs or possibly dried ones. If you cannot get them fresh or you want them dried, my favorite herb stores have often been from Etsy. Just make sure they\u2019re labeled and sourced properly. Be safe and remember essential oils are not to be consumed by mouth and not all herbs are meant to be taken by mouth.
