So much fun to see the show with you as our guide. I always learn so much when I walk the runway with you. Some of the pieces I loved. Referencing earlier decades in fashion has been going on for, well, decades. The very first time I was aware of that was in the late 50’s very early 60’s when they very briefly brought back the 20’s sack dress look. It was around the time of Some Like It Hot. Anyway thank you Dacob for guiding me through this eclectic fun show.
dolce & gabbana IS STILL CANCELLED in my opinion
oh boy.. Dolce & gabbana im ok with.. d&g, no.. and this looks more d&g (to me at least). most of these reminds me of moschino. the shoes reminds me of giuseppe zanotis but some of them came with red bottoms??! Lol. And at least 2 of the jackets here screams cindy crawford.. its meh when a brand reminds me of another brand.. but wtv
That was one BUSY collection but really enjoyed your commentator skills. Luv it!
I like those big fluffy cardigans but those sparkly metallic mylar fabrics and sweater yarns are plastic, fun to look at but uncomfortable to wear. Also cheaper to produce I’m assuming. felt a little too been there done that mot so much “next”, more 90’s then 2021. And get that robot kid out of there! where’s his mommy? 😄

I feel like I was under a strobe light the whole show. It was hard to follow and made me want it to end sooner. However, there were some great pieces. I like the pearl pieces especially.
Another great review! Yes it was a mixed bag but some pieces were amazing – kind of exciting and the beaded bustiers etc from the 90’s were like 😍😍😍😍! Shame they don’t give you a good chance to look at the clothes in more detail but I enjoyed it! Xxx
