Hey everyone~ I understand you're frustrated about things selling out before you get the chance to shop and I wanted to share a few of my tips & also some ideas from viewers on scoring the things you want.
1. I've noticed that when it says "sold out" on my wish list it means it's sold out in the size/color I chose for the wishlist but that if I go to the product page I can choose another color or size.
2. A couple viewers suggested that you should buy the item in any size available and hold onto it until after the sale, then if the item restocks you can exchange it for your size & still get the sale price.
3. You can check back often since things do get restocked or returned. If it pops up in your size definitely don't wait to check out as it could be that only 1 was returned rather than a bunch restocked.
4. I noticed last year that some things in the sale were in the clearance sale later in the fall at better prices than they were in anniversary sale, so there's a chance to pick some things up later.

I got the boots I wanted, found a couple of sweaters too that I like better than the ones I had on my wish list that sold out, and the sunglasses I had on my list that sold out are back in stock so I ordered them. I also found a backpack purse that was not on sale but I used your tip about the $60 for signing up for a card and used that on the purse….it was a pricey purse even aft the discount but I LOVE it and I am justifying it because it will help with my neck, arm and back pain (disabled) that regular and crossovers exacerbate. I'm not sad that the things I originally picked out have sold out anymore. I haven't been able to spoil myself in YEARS and boy does it feel good! Now I am back to watching you have fun shopping. I'm poor but love your haul videos. I rarely feel bad that I cannot partake and always feel happy and excited for you that you can.
Great video. My bff and I are venturing out tomorrow and we're meeting at Nordstrom. I may have to wear some of my new items sitting at home, but tomorrow at least I will have the thrill of something new and some socializing! (Hope you're doing well.)

Hi Angie – I live in CA and I don’t see the Nuface Trinity Toning Device on the Nordie’s Anniversary sale? Is this only a regional thing?
With all the comments about not having early access at the Nordy sale, I want to say something about my close friend who is a high-volume career Nordstrom employee with a huge pack of personal trade followers. In recent years there has been so much more competition from online sales, like amazon. Lynn works her heart out finding her clients the right things for their career and lifestyle. She has told me many times she spent say an hour bringing things to the dressing room, only to have the person say, hmm, going to think about all of it and then they leave. She knows they are off to shop online somewhere else after all that work. Yep, it’s part of the job and luckily not many are like that. So imho the early access categories are Nordy’s way of thanking the most allegiant customers. I think it’s great (even though I am in a low category since retiring to forestland with horses and dogs). I don’t need as much stuff now, but I still LOVE shopping! After the sale is over, going to get Lynn over here on this side of the mountains for a much needed break and breath of fresh air in the woods!

Your comments here I see as being quite offensive. I am not hiding behind an anonymous screen. My comments are neither insulting or nasty. I would say my comment to you face to face.
When I was a teen we would stone wash our Levi’s and still wear them when they were worn through on the knees.
I will also add that I always told my mum when she wore ‘young fashion’, there comes a time when you have to look in the mirror, with your specs on. I see that many subscribers agreed with my comment. I am sorry that you are unable accept honest advice from one of your subscribers.

Angie I love watching your videos but I want to mention that you might rethink your jean choices. I’m not trying to be mean. I have the same body and style as you and I think tight skinny jeans are not a good look for women our age even if your body can rock it. Just my 2 cents.

I enjoyed seeing all the items you chose for the anniversary sale. However, you have to have a super slim body to wear the jeans you like. They look too tight on you but with your figure, you can get away with wearing them. Loved the tops you chose, so cute and pretty. I bought the blazer in the pink color after seeing it here. Sadly, however, even though I bought an XS, the sleeve length is way too long for a petite person, even after smooshing them up. Was so bummed because I really loved everything about the jacket, but had to return it. Love your lookbooks.
I gotta say, I am not subscribed to your channel. I have NO problem w/ folks making money. However, I find u extremely annoying and way to into yourself…. And again, I have no problem w/ women looking their best; I always try to. But u need to try and expand ur interests…. give to others especially at this time….I guess that’s not in ur playbook.
