I used to use conditioner but now I use the Kiehl's Magic Hair Elixir… it's a combo of oils that are meant for your scalp 🙂
they are found at neiman marcus, saks and kiehl's stores… they are not crazy expensive but they are along the lines of carol's daughter
i use the Organic Root Stimulator Relaxer and I leave it on for 7-10 minutes

lol, i have used the same things for so long and now i am trying new things to revamp my regimen 🙂
I like to rotate shampoos, washing my hair is my most favorite part of my hair care regimen so i am obsessed with shampoo… also depending on my build-up or how dry my hair is feeling i'll need a different shampoo 🙂
it was tough but great because i didn't over process my hair 🙂
I prepoo with oils and my scalp is pretty healthy so it creates it's own oils and i don't have to moisturize it during the week but I do use a leave-in 🙂

i used carol's daughter when my hair was natural… but i'm pretty sure these products would be just as effective… except for the amino acid shampoo is really clarifying 🙂

I know ur not suppose to use heat but im new on my hair journey and before that i kept my hair braided for a loooong time so it doesnt get tagled…it gets knotty. Yes …that bad!. I always resort to blow drying just to manage… plz help! Is obtaing long achievable blow drying everytime?
