Thank you!!! I didn't rinse off the pump because it was in an expensive shampoo and conditioner. Of course the pumps were packaged separately and I should have opened them before I screwed them into the product. Anyway…I used a needle nosed pliers to hold the white inside part and turned and popped right up! How did I get to be this old and still have trouble with these things for over 40 years. Thank you!

Dove pump body wash won't allow me to hold it. It doesn't work. They won't answer their oh no listed on the bottle
