I’m from lush cribbs causeway and omg Christmas always kills me off to the point where I sleep through most of Christmas Day haha! All worth it for a great job though 💕
I couldn't get a free sample of the Sunblock 🙁 but I got free samples of the other two sun products. 😛
PSA from a Lush employee– PLEASE don't ask for samples of solid products like massage bars, shampoo bars, naked shower gels, etc. When you ask for a sample of these products we have to write off an entire product out of our system and ruin it so you can take home a few uses of something that you can easily try out in store. We are more than happy to demo these products on you so you can get a feel for whether you'll like it or not. If you purchase a product and don't like it, we have an amazing return policy. Just please try to be mindful of waste 🙂

My Lush was able to give me a free sample of a shampoo bar. So it might vary from store to store. Never hurts to ask!

You CANNOT get free samples of many Lush products in Japan. Their excuse is usually "ooohhh, this product is new. That is not possible." How am I supposed to know if I like insertnewshowergelhere if I can't actually try it at home. My hands aren't as sensitive as the rest of my body.

You can also buy the toner tabs and reuse the water from the toner tab as toner water

hi im wondering if you can answer some questions for me.
Im a soap maker and have difficulty with the scents fading. I ue the highest recommended usage rate and still have an issue.
I have 2 question
1. does lush use a particular chemical / produst to enhance the scent.
I dont know how lush get away with their soaps being so strong.
Even here in Australia their soaps are so strong which i absolutely love but and im trying to replicate avstrong smelling soap.
2. It seems that lush use melt and pour base and then add their fragrance and additives. As ive watched their videos where they use the soap pellets and remelt them. But how does their soap not sweat which is notorious for sweating.
