    Don’t worry next 2-3 days me meri next day by day routine Hair series start hogi jisme aapke sare doubt clear ho jayenge, special hair problem ke liye meri last series ke videos dekhe.
    here is my hair care routine,
    DAILY:
    * Morning & night gentle brush & remove tangle from hair
    * Always cover your hair to protect pollution & sun damage before step out
    * Don’t make tight hairstyles try to make loose and protective hairstyles
    * Gently massage your scalp for 5 minutes
    * Rosemary water spray(start using twice a week then increase slowly and apply daily)
    * Hair growth serum at night (if you have lot of hairfall hair thinning)
    * Apply hair oil or serum on mid-lengths & ends
    * Use silk cap or silk pillow cover & protective hairstyles (loose braid) before sleeping
    TWICE A WEEK:
    * Hair oiling (rosemary essential oils + your regular oil)
    * Fenugreek seed water or onion juice
    * Gentle Shampoo + conditioner (if you have very dry or rough hair otherwise you can use conditioner twice a month)
    * Use a microfiber towel or your old T-shirt for wet hair
    * Applying heat protectant if you use any heat style product Shampoo 2x + hair mask + conditioner
    ONCE A WEEK:
    * Hair mask your favourite brand or home made ( banana+honey+olive oil or curd +honey+ almond oil or alovera)
    TWICE A MONTH:
    * Use clarifying shampoo or ACV to remove buildup

    HEALTHY DIET MUST
    includes foods that are rich in protein, healthy fats, and essential vitamins.
    * Spinach & green leafy vegetables
    * Yogurt & another dairy products cheese milk & ghee for healthy fat
    * Nuts & mix seeds
    * Sweet potatoes
    * Egg
    * Oats
    * Rajma
    * Mix lentils
    * Chia seed
    * Carrots
    * Plenty off Fruit and Vegetables
    * Soybean
    * Whole grain
    try drinking plenty of water and avoiding processed foods to promote healthy hair.

    My aunt ( fathers brothers wife) when i was your she always use to mention every single time that her daughter dont have thick hair like me and her daughter don't have fair skin like me back then sun also dont use to affect my skin but due to har nazar 🧿 my hair got thin and split ends , my skin is producing a lot of Melanin . 😢 And now her daughter always mentione how my hairs looks disgusting and make me feel bad .
