Hey guys and welcome back to Mad About Skin. Today we are talking the skincare I cant stop buying and my skincare favourites- these are the products which feature most in my own skincare routine.
I think we all like to switch up our skin care products from time to time but there are those holy grail items which stay with us forever and we keep on buying. Often the skincare community is criticised for changing products and allegiances too quickly which make it difficult to keep up and so I wanted to use this video to share with you the staple products which are always by my side.
I always say skincare is unique and what works for me will not automatically work for you so I would love you to share your skincare holy grails in the comments section below.

I'm currently crushing on the Mad Hippie Face Cream. It sure helps my dry skin to tolerate retinol. Plus it has tons of actives for the low price.

I love the Jelly Joker so much no joke Im gonna start talking about it to anyone these days 😀 😀 I wish I had to cleanse 5 times a day I love the experience so much haha
Love Pixi blushes On the Go and their glowy powder ones are a lush I changed my skincare in November and the products I’ve been most surprised by and would most likely re-purchase are TIL’s Niacinamide (All my other stuff has Nia in it but I still like to top it up My skin loves it), Amazon’s brand Belei Hyaluronic acid+Peptide serum (loved the consistency of it, not as runny as TIL’s one), already re-purchased Snow Mushroom serum from Revolution Skincare and I am impressed by their Dark Spot Corrector (the inci list is their own formulation, SAP, Nia, SA, Ferulic acid as well…similar to FT’s Exaglow) My skin loves Hydrating Rice Toner from a Polish brand Barwa, moisturiser definitely CeraVe moisturising lotion I buy it in 1L bottles (I know, not cruelty free but it just suits my skin so much) And last but not least Avene with their Retinal products so so gentle and effective and affordable
Does anyone know why the Face Theory Azeclear Serum has a different name now? Did something change about the ingredients? The product description says that it is the same, but i am not so sure.
Cien cleanser is great! Its very refreshing, I use it on a day when I don't have much make up on, it just helps to get rid of the dirt on my skin well without irritation.

I just have to say nobody is talking about my ride or die fave. Please try it and tell me what you think. I have been using logically, skin for a few months now and will not give them up. Try the aquatide resurface serum at least. You will not be disappointed. I am 57 with normal to dry skin and my face loves this stuff. So much so that everyone thinks I am younger than my baby sis who is 10 years younger than I am. I get it on stylevana. It's affordable and have now added the lifting cream and sunscreen as well. Can't get enough.
I think Geek & Gorgeous and Hylamide are highly underrated (not a fan of Niod or The Ordinary though). A product I love so much for it's hydrating, soothing and brightening effects that I think is always overlooked is Benton's Fermentation Essence 🤎🤎
