i’m sure you’ve heard of it but for the tan de chanel colourpop did a similar cream bronzer in multiple shades. your description of the scent made me think of that so maybe those are similar too.

Lol I use the cicapair gel cream on my new tattoos when they are going through the itchy faze. It feels like it takes some of the itch out and I use it with a barrier cream. 😅

Fit me in the lightest shade is the one I use to lighten my darker foundations as I love the formula of Fit me and it doesn't break me out. Also the empty container of the Chanel bronzer makes a nice container for bobby pins and hair ties. I always reuse it.
Also the Laneige mask I use it everyday in the morning and it lasts for hours! I love the shiny finish so I use it instead of a lipstick when I wear a mask
An amazing gel moisturizer is the Elemis Superfood Cica Hydration Juice, very hydrating but dries quickly and isn't too heavy
I love the Lano multibalm as a body moisturiser but I have to mix it with the QV cream because its so expensive I would otherwise use it up in under a fortnight. Luckily I don't have super dry skin, so I don't need it at 'full strength' but its one of the few moisturisers I've used where my skin still feels extra moisturised at the end of the day and I find I still have that feeling even when I've mixed it. I was surprised though that it didn't do anything special for my feet which are by far the driest part of me (and I'm terrible at putting moisturiser on them)
I swear by the Laniege lip mask. I hadn't bought a new one and had super dry lips. I bought one hoping it would help and it did. I just finished the peach iced tea and it had no scent. I'm using a gummy bear and it is scented. Mine also last a year. Sometimes I can feel it in the morning and sometimes it's gone. Will always repurchase this product!

Justice for the Revlon Candid foundation! Happy to hear you mention it haha. Such an underrated, natural, easy to use foundation.
I also have that Laneige lip mask and I think it's a great value for money. I have mine for more than a year since I sometimes forget to put it on. I want to try the Double Wear light but I am not sure I will. On a different note, I adore your eye look and your jumper.
Any recommendations for a day moisturizer during warmer months for combo skin? And to wear nice under makeup 😀
If you can get hold of Aveeno face products, I can recommend the Calm and Restore Oat Gel moisturiser – it's moisturizing but not too heavy for my oily to normal skin. It's lasting me ages at the moment, too.
I also have an essence longwear lipliner that is a match for dolce k, but it's a few years old and could be discontinued by now. It might be worth a look next time you're at the shops, though.

Adding to the tinted Batiste dry shampoo: these are also great for those of us with thinning hair. It lessens the appearance of thinning areas (like the top of the scalp and the sides) and stays for a good while. Nice if you have to style your hair.
I'm an avid user of Pai skincare's rosehip oil. Whenever I hit half of the bottle – I start using it mixed into my hand cream and on my elbows. Because there IS a huge difference in its potency after the expiration (12 months after opening). This way, I usually use it up in like… 14 months. 😀 Good value.
I used Dr. Jart product that either was that or similar to that one a several years ago. The only time when it dried fast was in dead of winter when there was almost zero humidity here and my dry skin was dying. It was a massive pain. I remember thinking the same thing, why is this so wet?!
Yes! The laneige balm lasts me about a year too. That’s amazing. I bought a set around holiday a couple years ago and am finally on the last one

Yes! The CT Magic Cream smells like the Ponds cold cream my mum used to use in the 1970-1990 time frame. I have a sample size freebie jar I'm using up. It's a nice moisturizer as you said, but that nostalgia scent makes me not want to buy it.

I checked temptalia’s site for a dupe of the dulce k liner. It says nyx has a lip liner called mauve that is 95% similar!
i wouldn’t have worried too much about the drunk elephant vitamin c—it probably wasn’t even active. i just recently figured out that their vitamin c serum was meant to be clear, since every single one i had gotten was brown. so i really wonder if the eye cream is even active at this point. thankfully they must have realized this was happening because now DE changed the format of their serum, now you mix it yourself. huge difference in performance. i was quite new to vitamin c. 🤦♀️

I don’t get the hype around the magic cream, I have dry skin with flaky patches and it did nothing. For the price and the hype that was around this product I was expecting more and it was just a let down
