Nikol, I new about cupping on the body, but I never really knew the concept, or what it was on our faces. Thank you so much for this demonstration. One question I have to ask, does it’s stretch out your skin at all on your face! Or is the pressure not that strong and you just gently slide it across the jowl area and your cheeks. You certainly had a beautiful glow afterwards. I do have the massager you demonstrated. Would that be enough? I bruise easily, so maybe cupping would not be the best?

Hi Nikol. I just purchased my first cupping set and I've been using it now almost every night before bed, and I have to tell you, this has got to be the most skin-loving technique I've ever tried!. I was afraid that I wouldn't be the type to stick with a new routine like this, but I started realizing that I needed to change the way I thought about it. And the other night while I was doing the routine of cupping, I noticed that the sound of the cupping on my skin pops almost like a kissing noise, so I started saying to myself: "when I do cupping, it's like giving myself kisses all over my skin", and that's my new way of thinking. I'm finally enjoying this when it comes to caring for myself. Thanks for the tutorial on cupping!💗

I love face cupping and I just bought a rose quartz face roller and gua sha. As for most of the scented products recommended, I hate rose scented things. Plenty of other options though.
