Hello Angel! I noticed that at Starbucks, you often order the hot chocolate (I know you are trying to avoid coffee/caffeine bc you are pregnant 😉 ) but the hot chocolate at Starbucks is VERY HIGH in sugar and fat as it is really just a cup of steamed milk with almost 6 pumps of syrup (mocha and vanilla) in a venti size. It is about 450 calories but it does really taste good hahaha. I recommend getting it half sweet for all Starbucks drinks! It tastes just as good and a lot "healthier" 🤗
