This lady says hot water raises blood pressure while other doctors say it lowers it.
At this point I dont know what to believe.
I use to love to soak in a hot bath but I dont do that anymore after what happened the last time. In fact its happened to me twice.
I felt fine while soaking in the hot bath until I got out of the tub.
I felt like I was about to pass out and couldn't remain on my feet.
It took about a half hour before I was able to get up off the floor.
This happened twice but not back to back.
It's one of those things that might happen and might not..so I dont soak or take hot baths anymore..just Luke warm showers.
Point (1) before taking a bath ought to be another one: You should take a bath exclusively not only with an empty stomach but with emptied bowels too. So swallow in good time 1 tablespoon (= 15 ml) castor oil on an empty stomach that your bowels will be completely cleansed before taking a bath.

-Don't take bath after having a meal (minimum 2hrs gap should be given in between)
-Don't use hot water for bathing as it can make ur skin dry
-Don't stay for too long in the bathroom it'll effect your skin -vely
-Don't wash hair daily
-Don't neglect your sole feet 👣
-Don't take bath immediately after workout
-Don't apply soap all over the body use it only for sweat areas
-Be attentive while taking bath wash out all the unnecessary thoughts of your mind along with your body dirt

I stay in for a longer time due to calcified deposits & "rickets" i wash hair once week without siap, use ACV or castor oil. Feet scrubbv loofah to rid of crunchy dry & active the 5 major organs. I only yin, walk or Qigong no heavy exercise l due to cortisol. After shower I annoint with coconut oil not lotion, i use a shower head with copper filter. Water is FULL of toxins
