Rex Eme cream is very healing. Easiest to find in various sizes on Amazon where there are also informative reviews.
I know when my hands are bad when my skin snags on micro cloths. I do an entensive night treatment. I wash my hands, lightly patting dry. I mix Polysporin antibiotic cream with a moisturizer. After applying that I slip on some hand treatment silicone glove. In the morning my skin is so soft.

I love the way you think of the whole cleaner not just cleaning techniques. I think it would be fun to do an experiment, buy the hand lotions and see which one my employees like best. I’m fond of the Norwegian cream. Thanks.
Have you tried CeraVe products before? My whole family struggles with eczema, but I have a form called dyshidrotic eczema. It's only on my hands and causes tiny water blisters that are extremely itchy. I use the CeraVe Healing Ointment (dark blue tub) which is basically vaseline with ceremides. And I only use it like you do, at night with a glove. It's awesome! But in the day when I still have to use medicines I use the Neutrogena Hand Creme. And like you said it's pretty amazing! I am excited to try some of the other product suggested👍. Thank you!

I now use Glysomed foot Balm on my hands- It is the only thing I've tried (off the shelf) in 40 years that worked for me.
Eucirin works great! Avon makes a couple of terrific hand creams too. I wish I could find an Avon salesperson. The neutrogena is amazing!
