Love Jo Malone! I agree with you TF can be very strong but I tried some of the TF dry oil sprays & they are not as strong & its not oily on the skin.

I find tom ford fragrances very heavy and synthetic smelling? And synthetic usually equals cheap 😡
Elegant taste in candles Michele! Have you ever visited the "Candle Delirium" website? They carry every luxury candle line which includes some of my favorites – Rigaud and Trapp (which has a beautiful Orange Vanilla scent).
You brought back great memories of NYC in the winter – nothing like the smell of wood burning in a fireplace – nothing quite as magical as the City when it snows. Great post, Michele – got some new candle ideas from you 👍💕

not sure if anyone else has tried LAFCO NY House & Home in English Ivy? I love this smell! It smells like clean fresh cut grass, spring, English garden scent.. not too strong and just calm spring time scent 🙂 … ETA: also love the glass jars they come in, after the candle is gone I pop in freezer for a few mins to get rid of the remaining wax and they make the best brush or eyeliner jars!
I like Ombré Leather and Wood scents from Tom Ford…I wish I could wear Neroli but it does something weird with my ph or something…grrrr…Ombré Leather is my signature scent since Bond #9 discontinued my favorite cologne a couple years back.

Isn't that tomato scent amazing? I haven't smelt that particular one but we have a local brand here in Manchester, UK that does that smell. It's perfect for rainy days in the kitchen.

Tom Ford fragrances seem to change on the skin. The one I have smells off to me until I have worn it for about 5 minutes then I love it.
