Sam you are so right about age and hair loss… My hair has always been my thing and I have been loosing it for a decade now, still long and I can make it look thick by curling. Also the heels- no ma’am I cannot wear tall stilettos anymore- thick heel or kitten heel only for me. Thank you so much for this video💕 I always look forward to your clothing hauls.

Just a suggestion if you want to help with your hair,lower your carb intake to 20 a day and up your protein. Give it a little time and you should a change. Love your content,glad your back sharing.

Hiya! I’m 54 and have the exact ash colored hair that I highlight every 5 weeks. I had super thick hair in my teens-early 40s but it started thinning with peri and menopause. It was even breaking in some areas. My hair dresser had me start using matrix bleach recovery shampoo, conditioner and leave in conditioner. Within a few months my hair from youth was back. It was age and bleach. I take hair vitamins and turned down the heat on my curling iron as well. It’s done a 180 change!!! It’s hormones and bleach for me.

Samantha, I became Anemic last Summer and thinning hair was a symptom. I’m not
suggesting you are anemic but the Biotin Supplement my Hairdresser suggested returned my hair to its curly, thicker, with body type of hair like it used to be. I was excited!
