I got one of those ice cream mixers at the local thrift for 10 dollars! haven't used it yet though. Good to see you, Lucy, and Poppa!!
My THRIFTY bread recipe I put in my bread machine at least 5 times a week is as follows: 1 cup warm water or warm milk, 3 cups white flour and you can substitute up to 1/2 cup with any other flour or even leftover plain oatmeal, 1 Tsp each dry yeast and salt, 1 Tbsp vegetable oil or melted margarine, lard or butter, finally 1Tbsp sugar or honey or molasses. Put the ingredients in the machine with the water first so it mixes easier and run on the basic bread setting. Makes a 2 pound loaf I think. We love it for sandwiches, toast and warm with butter and jam or as a side to some soup or stew.

The third box was supposed to have popcorn in it. It was game night or something similar like that name. Had a invite friends for a friendly game keep score with notepad, decor is picks etc..

Hi Ann — so glad you are back! When you found popcorn in one of your boxes, I thought at first it was actual popcorn that one of the packing people had been munching and dropped into the box by accident — :-D. Great to see Lucy and Papa and fun to see your frozen soda machine back in action. Can't wait for Tuesday's video!
