The acne one is gentle on pimples but supper effect on cleaning and it doesn't irritate the acne

Batiste is good, I use it too between washes, I wish I'd known about the white residue the first time that I use it, thankfully now I now and I use it from a safe distance

I think the acne brush head is supposed to be softer than the deep pore brush head. The purpose being that is you have a break out the acne one won't irritate it as much.

The acne brush head from Clarisonic contains more bristles and thus make a more foamy lather, the amount of bristles and the extra softness make it ideal for getting cleanser or acne medicine more effectively into the skin. The deep pore cleansing head actually turns and rotates in the opposite direction back and forth, giving u a better deeper clean.
