A lot of luxury goods are full on made in China and whatnot and then they do the finishing touches in Italy or France and they can technically get away then with saying “made in_____”… I watched a video about it once so….kinda shady. I believe LV is (or was) a big offender with this. Idk what Chanel’s deal is because this is way out of my budget but I wouldn’t automatically assume it’s 100% made in France

Hi Dacob this is one of my fave SLG pieces from Chanel. I really have to agree and appreciate your comments on the Chanel quality. I’m a huge fan of Chanel and had 3 new bag issues with them last year – given all the price increases I probably will be shifting away from them – the excuses vary from the stuffing mis shaped the bag to asking the client to help them reshape the bag …. really ridiculous !!
I always preferred the tactile feel and appearance of caviar leather 🥰Also, Dacob, I wanted to tell you because there's nobody else I can gush about fragrances to, haha—I FINALLY added No.22 to my collection! I finally have sunshine bottled in my very own possession. Few fragrances make me quite as happy as 22 ❤️ Cheers, and happy 2020!

That is a super wallet/card holder. I think the bold zipper is reminiscent of the classic Chanel chain .

Congratulations on this new treasure for a new year! Would I buy this wallet? Maybe I would, especially if I was in Paris and the wallet was Made in France as your is and I bought it from Rue Cambon. I think that trifecta would lure me into parting with the purchase price. Apart from financial considerations, it is a beautiful piece. Thank you for the video. I ended up watching it here on the public channel. Does it help you with views if patrons watch it here? Hi Dacob! After seeing your review, I ran out and got the same item, too! Thank you for reviewing. The SA who greeted me seemed like a younger, newer one…he said these zipped coin purses have been made for years 😉 (but not the new design with the outside flap!) You are so observant. Also, I had a choice between a Made in France (silver hw) or Made in Spain (gold hw.) I prefer SLG hardware to be gold…and for some reason sometimes the Made in France caviar is a silvery-black–not jet black–and it was again this way. So I am a tad disappointed by the incongruity of the source/brand, BUT I have to trust my eyes that the Spain GHW I picked was indeed the one I found most attractive. <3 all the best

I literally got the same one yesterday , caviar leather, gold hardware MIF -everything the same. Very rare and I’m very lucky ! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I really love this new design with the pocket in the back. Im a fan of the boy style hardware on these pieces but I'm now looking for one of these. That back pocket is perfect for receipts or a debit card. Thanks for the review Dacob!
Help please! I have a double flap jumbo in black caviar shw. Can somebody please tell me how I can soften the leather, I don’t wear my bags so no chance of the leather softening from wear! Maybe I would want to carry it more if it was just a little softer! Thank you 🙏

hi i bought my chanel o-coin purse but its made in italy most of tne chanel that i see is made in spain
After watching this video i checked my made in Italy chanel and notice that i am able to see where the leather ended at the side for my chanel. So disappointed with the inconsistency and for the price paid :(. Bought it from chanel singapore.
