for watching. I apologize near the beginning somehow the video did a kind off loop somehow haven’t figured it out quite.
I made this video for one person in particular but hope that it will maybe help them or someone else where I shoe on the screen the numbers on soapcalc like number one which is where you put in your type of lye you can click on that number one and soap calc brings up a box inside this box you will find helpful info and any of the numbers for each different step on soapcalc you can click on for helpful info I meant to show this and forgot you should also do a little research on oils that are used for soapmaking on the main page if you click on “Getting Started” instead of “Recipe Calculator” you will see an Overview of making soap where you can find helpful info but like I said I would research soapmaking oils and if you are using “Lard, Pig Tallow” or “Beef Tallow and you don’t want that to be your superfat you can put a zero and then add your superfat into your soap yourself if you are wanting to use butters or other wonderful oils you would just figure what you want to add and use it, I do this quite a bit in HP soapmaking but I love using lard & tallow it is very conditioning. And you can also use Coconut oil in a larger amount coconut oil used in a large amount can make an awesome laundry soap many of oils such as Olive Oil make an awesome bar of soap used all on their own.
