My favorite thing of 2016 was a major change of mindset that I allowed myself. There was one area of my life where I was trying to live up to the expectations of others, my past partners, and the relationship I was in. After realizing that I'm human, I'm not the same as everyone else, my body doesn't work the same way, and that I should love myself for it, I ended the relationship and moved on. It took a great deal of time, love, self care, honesty, and commitment, but I'm happy to say that I'm in a relationship with myself that makes me feel free, and with my partner who supports my individuality and loves every piece of me. 💕

One thing that I have loved this year is the Origins foundation (they only have one). It is so amazing cause its not too heavy and it literally feels like you're not wearing makeup which I think is super hard to find, its the best!! you should try it:D p.s. I need to try that underwear cause, girl, I'm the same way, wedgie free all the way XD lol love you Ingrid! XD <3

Ingrid, I love your honesty and down to earth way of talking. Just being yourself as if you were having a conversation with friends is always nice to watch. I'm quite jealous of the fact that you can go around and just not wear a bra! I for one cannot. My boobs are too big to be comfortable without one, oh well! I feel like that past two years have been very important for you as far as growing and becoming your authentic self is concerned. You go girl!

I don't get how people can use the original bare minerals foundation. I had a sample of it and it's sooo shiny. I had to put another powder over the top to take down the shine and it still didn't last very long on my oily skin. I felt like I had to use a lot of product to get the coverage as well.

@ingridnilsen, I love that you brought up the rice enzyme powder. I fell in love with the trial, but could not afford to keep up with the cost of how much I loved it 🙂 I found a tutorial to actually build your own out of flour + grains that you can find on amazon + natural markets! I have actually cut out all chemicals I put on my face due to the powder. Let me know if you'd want the recipe!
