Whoops–Sicily is an island, NOT a city. My mistake!
Places that sell Santa Maria Novella in or to the US (these are non-affiliate links):
Official US Website: https://us.smnovella.com/
ZGO Perfumery https://www.zgoperfumery.com/
Beauty Habit (they also sell samples) https://www.beautyhabit.com/
Also just found out that Lucky Scent carries this house https://www.luckyscent.com/brand/577/santa-maria-novella
Price: $145 USD for 100 mL on official website, but ZGO sold it for $125 USD for the same size.

Please try to sample or test out these fragrances in store first. I don’t recommend blind-buying!

Yeah, toddlers are cute when they bite into a lemon. 😆 Another great review Yve! Twigginess definitely going in the vocab. 😄
Love a good lemon/citrus scent that does NOT smell like a cleaning product. I only know of them because of you! For some odd reason, I love the idea of a splash bottle… kinda classic. Thanks for sharing 💕
Great review. Been on the search for a good citrusy
Italians just know how to create the perfect, elegant and effortless citrus fragrances. I love their Kyoto fragrance and I’m glad that I’ve got access to their range where I live … and now I know which fragrance I’ll try next. Their soaps are amazing, too 😉.
I haven't tried anything from Santa Maria Novella. I do like realistic citrus on hotter days.
I have a bottle of Goutal Eau D'Hadrien Eau de Toilette, which has a lot of that pithy white aspect of the rind in the fragrance. I think it's more of a mixed citrus to my nose with lemon and perhaps even grapefruit. It is pretty light and I do find I need to respray after a few hours. – Jenn
Great review! I was lucky enough to visit the store/convent in Florence Italy 15 years ago on my honeymoon and purchased Tabacco Toacano. I wasn’t even a big frag-head then! 😂 ….to go there again now, I think I would be in heaven. Since then, I’ve gone through that first bottle and am half way through my second. Very special experience and fragrance house with a lot of history!
I love Santa Maria Novella and will be in their Florence shop in September. If your ever in Florence you have to go the original shop…they have so many lotions and potions and perfumes, it was connected with the church and the monks there..it’s almost a spiritual experience. I will smell this one when I’m there. Thanks Yves.
They seem to be a lot more well known where I live (Japan), but I haven't tried any of their scents yet. I may need to go try this one. Thanks for the review!!
I want to try their pomegranate one day…if I can ever find it.
I own three of there fragrances and I love them!!!
