I’m not a big fan of it because it’s just too simplistic to my nose. Not for the prices they charge on retail. However, I agree with you that it’s beginner friendly.
In my country, there’s a dupe brand called Jenny Glow which being sold here. The house copies most of Jo Malone line-up for a fraction of the price, with slightly better performance.
Melissa, you have quickly become one of my favorite content creators as you fill as specific vibe I need, thank you so much – sincerely a genderqueer jewish lesbian
Good video! It's the truth but yea as a collector I still like their fragrances cause it really is quality and safe. Minus the longevity but it's cool. Just carry a decant with you. Not all the time do I want a fragrance thts beast mode and choking out everyone around me.
Hey Melissa, I'm new to your channel, just found you today. I've been watching quite a few of your videos. I'm wondering if you've ever reviewed Azzaro Wanted by Night? And if so, what you thought of it. Thanks.
Jo Malone makes scents which are nice, they are 'clean' if that makes sense but the price tag definitely doesnt reflect in staying power or the complexity of the perfume. Jo Malone did however release a new perfume line called Jo Loves, it is definitely more adventurous, I am wondering if that would be any better.
I own Basil Neroli and it's my signature summer fragrance, can't go wrong with it and also surprisingly good performance from it, got an unsolicited compliment while in Vancouver when a girl stopped me in the street to ask me what I was wearing.
as some who likes nature sents, I do love the fact that they have all the 'details' of the things from nature. Like the earl grey n cucumber or just the classic rose. Too many brands out there overly mix scents I think to be 'daring' or 'sweet' or 'summer' and I personally don't like my scents to project too much. but then again, I"m an old aunty at heart and really this brand gives me old but classic vibes.
It's really interesting. I have Myrrh & Tonka from Jo Malone. I am a man and get easly 10 hours with it with a strong projection in the first 2 hours but then it fades quickly to the skin like it skips the moderate projection. For me it's definitely a banger underrated gem

Pomegranate Noir is what i have
They’re just simple cologne concentration scents. They’re really not meant to be complex and have “beast mode” performance.
the jo malone fragrance and the chanel bag and being 5'2😂😂🤣😅😅😅

The black bottles are where it’s at. Dark amber & ginger lily is my personal favorite and it does linger especially on my clothes
My aunt introduced me to tonka and myrrh as like a season-all for converting "day" fragrances to "night". She swears by it lol

Spot on.
I have the velvet rose and oud and basically got compliments from fjallraven staff and told me that my scent had filled up the whole store.
Thank you
