I love the LaRoche-Posay cicaplast cream when my skin is in really bad shape, such as after a peel. It's very calming and healing.

Have you tried Philosophy for a cleanser? If so, do you like the La Roche-Posay better? I have very sensitive skin and am finding the Philosophy isn't working well for me anymore.
