Hoping you got a buffing cloth when you purchased your bag. My S/A gave me quite a few when I purchased my Black Double Flap Maxi in Caviar Leather from a boutique. It buffs and refreshes the bag inside and out. A must for me. I also store it in the dust cover. Luxury Bags are wonderful, but they require time and attention…. Investment pieces really…

Hi – can you dress up your background? It feels like you have been arrested. I recently did a skype interview – so I looked up youtube videos for "skype interview tips" – they tell you how to set up your background (so you don't look like you are in a police interrogation room – too plain – add a bookcase/plant/artwork/big crystal on a shelf with books… – just please get out of the 'interrogation room look' if you don't mind – fyi this is constructive criticism not trolling – or whatever those people are called
When you first purchased your reissue, did you ever use it with the base flat? You obviously prefer it like it is- what makes it work for you this shape?(hope this makes sense,)🤪
I'm a convert to the Reissue because of your videos. I always thought my dream bag would be a Boy, but I realize, like you, I prefer something more timeless. Probably be a long time before I ever make the purchase but someday!

This is my all time fav bag. I used to have the classic in med but I sold it. The reissue is something I used to consider but as I approach retirement I don't see justifying the price even for the prestige of having it and having worked for 40+ years. I used to think I could but the price increases over the last 5-6 years is just ridiculous and I wish people would revolt and stop buying them but they won't and so I have to step aside as they've surpassed my boundaries. When I see others wth this bag, I burn for it, style wise, but I won't ever do it. I agree 100% on LV. They actually suck now compared to 10 years ago. Imagine not knowing what the zip pulls, zippers and canvas used to be like, that amazing quality, and getting sucked into how they are now? And still they say they are an investment? Not with how many issues they're having. I've sold all mine, and only keep some SLGs. Thanks, it was fun to watch. C

I think you would love the Liz Earle hand cream Eva- it is so moisturising but leaves no residue and comes in a pump. Her candle is also out of this world . This bag suits you so well and I love your hair more every time I see it. X
This is probably the perfect combo for a Reissue
I swear by Kiehl’s ultimate strength hand salve. It absorbs quickly as well and is really moisturizing. The only con is I think the scent is a little medicinal. And the tube is smaller. 👍🏼

I’m becoming more understated and minimal these days. Originally I wanted the Chanel Classic, but I realised that my style has always been abit understated. So I’m saving for a reissue.

I have the 226 reissue and I did flatten the bottom and it will go back if you want it to. How do you store yours as it can’t stand? Have you noticed the back of the bag being flattened if its stored laying down all the time? I do like the bottom flat as when I am out it can be stood but I do like the bottom like yours and never thought about it protecting the corners. In any effect I love this bag but I do have the jumbo too and like it as well.

Eva, I feel me guilty thinking about it all day long and trying to find out how to get it. But the price is so high and I find it so unfair giving away so huge amount of money …. I have no job at the moment. After more than 20 years working very long days in Marketing and Communication, as I'm a PR, I quit my last job and I'm looking for a part time job that allows me to enjoy my time, my family, taking care of me self and enjoy my hobbies, but …. oh , How in Heaven's name can I, at my age, get so crazy about buying such an expensive bag!!!
I don't like it because of the brand or just to show off, I love it really …. I have never bought such an expensive thing for me self, nor now nor when I was young . I have always been sooooo responsible, far too much .
Am I whising it now when I am fifty, as if I were a young 'silly' girl?
