hi allie! i love you and loved this video so much! thank you for all the amazing recommendations jam packed into one video. after you recommended the thai crystal deodorant, i did a little research and thought you might like to know that a lot of the "aluminum is dangerous and causes breast cancer" claims are marketing tactics. i don't want to get into the debate myself, but i think you would find dr.dray's video on it really helpful and informative! she backs up her video with vetted sources.

I have lots of love for Lights Lacquer this year too but I discovered Static Nails in 2021 and their polishes are perfection. Definitely worth a try if you’re interested in trying something new! Great trio of videos!!
ALLIE!!! I was hoping you mentioned MY favorite product for the year. But since you didn't I want you to try it. It's the Dr Teals Melatonin bath soak. It's the best I've ever tried. It really works and there is a kids version. You gotta get it. Walmart and Target carry it.
Thank you so much for sharing the relief cream recommendation as well because my mom has neuropathy and slipped discs in her back as well as plantars fasciitis and heel spurs. Put simply, her body is always in a lot of pain so maybe I should get her this cream to help. Thanks Allie.
Oh my gosh I am so excited to try the muscle cream you recommended. About 2 weeks ago my husband was giving me a hug and I twisted toward him just as he was squeezing me and I heard something pop or crack. Now my rib area has been hurting since then. Maybe that cream will help me as well! So sorry to hear you are dealing with neck pain. One of my daughters was in a pretty serious accident and she also has been dealing with neck and back pain.

Oh, no, PLEASE don’t tell me you’re getting on the “clean” beauty bandwagon! Every time I think I find a YouTuber who will just tell me the best product rather than pseudoscience or a trendy label, I have to find a new one as they go down the “clean” route. 🙁
I know you’re surrounded by it and by people telling you it’s better, but scientifically it’s really a fad. Please keep telling us about the products that work best. 😀 That’s why we trust you!
How many effing times do actual experts and scientists have to explain that aluminium is not causing any harm in your deodorant?? I understand that scientific papers are not accessible to read to everyone, but why listen to some pseudoscientifical fear mongering then.. I'm so annoyed.

You are so funny about the deodorant – I might have to try that one you mentioned because I notice that while I enjoy using better-for-you deodorants, they tend to eventually irritate my under arms for some reason 🙁 Lume smelled so bad it was hard to use and it also irritated my skin later on. Native hasn't ever irritated me though, that one has done the best. I am looking now at the Thai one so I might be trying that! 🙂
