Your breakfast looks delicious, ochazuke is such a good idea for fresh/cold mornings… Do you have a favourite recipe for that? There is no instant ochasuke where I live and I only do with kimchi. It's delicious 😋

I hope your check-up was all clear and everything is going well about your health. Not eating when you're not hungry is straightforward but it's not always easy to do so! I bet those cookies tasted even better when being hungry! 😍 They were very cute and the brand also sounded French. Even if some french things are not nice, properly made biscuits are awesome 🤤
