Rental versus sale depends so much on the market and area. I’m a financial counselor and the most important thing for rentals is having a good emergency saving for that rental for if something goes wrong or you are with out tenants for a period of time.
So I don’t understand milk baths working when dairy has been proven to cause acne so how is bathing in it good?

Tiffany you may not be down to do this but any products that are in a plastic tube (Like the Lancer scrub) I would HIGHLY recommend cutting them open to get the remaining product. I started doing this and was shocked how much product was missed even when I think I’ve squeezed all of it out. One bottle had 5+ extra uses in it. It makes sure you use every last bit of product!

pediatric RN here Be careful with little girls and bath products. They can cause issues with vaginitis/etc. 🙂 Always rinse her "bottom" with fresh water prior to drying off. Just say no to bath bombs, etc!
