I’m so glad the epsom salt helps with that hip/pelvic pain! I don’t like baths but when I “exfoliate” with epsom salt in the shower, it helps my aches and pains from pregnancy/working on my feet.

The lush body washes are just to pigmented! I got a Christmas one, and it was red, it stained, and looked like someone was attacked. Got rid of it straight away. Waste. 👎🏻

Thanks for the tip about removing the silicone tip before recycling! I’ve been holding on to a couple dropper bottles because I wasn’t sure how to recycle them.

I love that about the lush pots…but the store closest to me always hassles me about the clear pots-usually have the shower jellys in them-and even though they have the sticker, they won't take them! Grrr.
Love Empties videos !!! Please use a higher SPF than 15. 45 at minimum- 60 would be better
I have a tight pelvic floor muscle and I use Epsom salt or magnesium salt baths. Not sure if there is a real difference between them but helps me slightly. I see more benefit from stretching and massaging my hip.

Ok, my mom told me I could only shave to my knees. She never told me why. It was because strippers? I am 65 and that was decades before you were born ❤️
I can happily confirm that all the things that made me gag when pregnant (pickles, drinking from water bottles, any scent), do not make me sick today. But when you’re preggo it feels like you will be like that forever.

Oh girl. Scent aversions during pregnancy is a struggle 🤢. I had one to bath and body works twisted peppermint shower gel for years! My youngest is 3 years old and I can FINALLY use it again. Although the scent memory will always be there for me.
