You can get spice risers for cupboards. You could get that same look but in your cupboard. And if more. I’d just ask your dad to add an extra shelf into your cupboard or remove the shelf that’s in there and put 2 shelves and add the risers.
If u want brightness in ur kitchen u need to buy LED bulbs. It makes a huge difference. I just redid my kitchen n replaced all my high hats with LED lights omg what a huge difference it’s crazy n they last forever!!!!!!!

For the spices you should empty out the drawer next to it that has the measuring cups and put the measuring stuff in the cabinet where you had the spices you could have them hang with comand strips
Use command hooks on the inside of your cabinet to hand your oven mitts it will save space.
