Just because something is expensive does not necessarily mean it’s good or worth your hard-earned cash. However, in general, I really think that you do get what you pay for. Some expensive luxury brands are just better. Better quality. Better craftsmanship. More singular and unique. In this video, I’m sharing six expensive products that I think are totally worth the money.

Sage advice. Just bought a Clegg commuter briefcase; way overdue!
love your videos, and I feel like your ideas and suggestion very honest and genuine, I just wanted to know where do suggest getting a suit from and do you happen to live in houston? just to find out if you know and good tailor or so forth. hope to hear from you soon, thank you!
The only time I wear jeans is at work. So 20.00 wrangler carpenter jeans fit the bill. I despise people that wear jeans with blazers. I have two off the rack Brooks Brother suits. Plus a Ralph Lauren Navy Blazer. I am interested in Pini Prada for pants.
Aesop – Oi, Oi Oi… 🇦🇺I love this brand. Reminded me that I need to visit them again. Agree with the choices too.
Wait so you wear the same jeans over and over and over again for 3-5 years? Those things have got to smell horrible.
You just lost a subscriber.
The most important thing you missed.
Take care of your body. The issue with investing in a good wardrobe is that your body shape might not last as long as the clothing!
I am 49. I am now in my 3rd wardrobe change cycle. The positive thing is that all my expensive suits from the previous cycles are larger now!
your shirt collar sucks. you need a million dollar collar. thanks for the vidoes tho.
I think the cheap Chinese office chair you bought out of college needs an upgrade. Try Steelcase, made in the USA durable, and worth every hour you’re sitting down. Otherwise, look at Herman Miller if you care more about image than comfort, but just as long lasting. Think of it this way, $250 suit, $250 chair. $800 suit, $800 chair.
I always appreciate your videos, they have absolutely saved me now that I wear suits regularly. That being said I have a principle to not buy expensive jeans. I definitely think it defeats the purpose of jeans, but I digress, to each their own.
I love my Mont Blanc Backpack and Santoni or Berluti Shoes. Also Zegna or Giorgio Armani Shirts
From my point of view, Tom Ford's are niche fragrances, either.
7:53 😏
My watches are my most expensive luxury items, yet probably the ones people notice the least. My bags and shoes would be second, which people often take notice of. Random other items (ties, belts, wallet, etc) would be third, yet do get noticed. I've not worn a suit in well over a decade…just not needed.
you didn't mention or recommend suit maker !!??
Where is the shirt from in the thumbnail? Love the collar bar
I get my jeans at Costco under $20 and wear like iron.
I would say two the things mentioned for me are the Boutique Colognes for unique fragrance scent and the Frank Clegg for the custom leather bags. I only discovered Frank Clegg briefcase bags and duffle overnight bags last night watching quite a few your vids and where you left a link in description under to the video to Frank’s website. I was in awe at the leather bags and much outside my considered price range. But I’m willing to save and invest in one of each bag liking the leather grain and craftsmanship. So I’m willing to splurge on a elegant briefcase and travel bag. Cologne aside .
And thank for the book recommendation about how luxury goods book. Will surely be checking that out.
Now what about us that don't have the budget? I'm just starting my journey into changing my wardrobe. I have a wife and 3 kids who live off my income. Just under 60k a year. I want quality but honestly can't afford these things. Not without taking necessities away from my family
Thoughts on the brand “Eleventy”? Also 100% agree on Aesop products. I thought $70 on a face serum was expensive but it’s honestly my favorite, the best I’ve had, and honestly lasts a long time.
May I know where you bought your bag rack? Are your items as good as xrepbag.com I like their bag
Levi’s last longer then people do. And you can wash them.
Hmm I’m not fashionable and don’t really care to be. But I am rich. So I tend to buy all my clothes from Uniqlo and spend the real cash on watches. Am I weird?
5 pairs of $40 that you have to replace every year? That’s simply not true. That means your only getting a little over 2 months out of every pair of jeans before they are ruined.
I wish you could do a review about Lucas Faloni chinos worth wise ? And his cashmere sweaters for me and the brushed cotton shirts are ok but they do wrinkle
How on earth do you replace 5 pair of jeans in one year? Lmao what a fucking clown…
