  1. Yes on toner!! I moved to an oil town where fracking has ruined our water and it made me realize what a necessity toner is! I’ve been losing a lot of hair recently- I may try that! I enjoyed your reviews Michele!

  2. the sisley hair oil always gave me pimples around the hairline, so I stopped using it. it was too expensive to get away with it, so I started using it again after a few month,…with the sunday Riley ufo on my hairline😂 luckily it helped a lot.

  3. Hi Michelle, you described common phenom – hair gets bored with the same product day to day. I've experienced this as long as I can remember. I think hair gets accustomed to the same product over the long term and always seems "awakened" when you use something new. I teeter between the Biolage Conditioning Cleanser for fine hair, the Olaplex series and occasionally Kevin Murphy (purely for indulgent olfactory satisfaction).

  4. Love empties! Of course, so many lovely products. Btw, I love a man who takes care of his skin:))
    Thanks so much, chickadee🍃🌸

  5. I have a cleansing suggestion if you’re interested. A cleansing balm should be a first cleanse, not a second. It is meant to get all the makeup off, but it is not cleansing the skin. After using the balm, it is good to go in with a gel or milk cleanser. The glossier, for example, of the Sisley cleansing milk. I have dry skin, and I like the feel of a balm, but my skincare works a lot better when I follow it with a milk or gel.

  6. Great video Michele 🙂 Have you ever tried “The Masters” brush cleanser? It’s similar to these brush soaps – I have a HUGE tub of it, it lasts forever and I can wash several brushes at one time. The price is great too 😊

  7. Hi Michele, Thank you for the video! Now I’m really curious to try Sisley serum! I just have a question about cleansing balms you’ve mentioned. Is my understanding correct that you were using them as your second cleanse? I just thought that balms and cleansing oils are to be used by dry hands on a dry face as a FIRST step of double cleansing, followed by water based cleanser. I’m not saying there is one correct way. I’m just curious if using balms as a second cleanse makes any difference for your skin

  8. I've gone through several bottles of the Josh Rosebrook and none of them have "wept". I even have a 3oz bottle that I keep to decant other sprays for traveling. Maybe yours was just an unlucky one?

  9. If you have shampoo fatigue, use the Christophe robin clarifying salt scrub- so good and a game changer.

  10. I just got a sample of the Sisley serum when I ordered the compact foundation and instant perfect primer and I love it. It reminds me (in effect) of a YSL serum I used for ages back when I had a less complicated skincare routine. if the stars align where I run out of my main three actives around the same time, I'm considering picking it up and trying a simpler skincare routine for awhile because its the first serum I've used in years that has made me think that might be effective again.

  11. The AB Rich cream didnt work for me either. I felt the same way you did. I know most people love it but not me, but I do like it in the Victoria Beckham primer.

  12. Hi Michelle, I was wondering if you could please recommend a great eyeshadow primer that doesn’t crease & is long wearing. I use a lot of Pat McGrath eyeshadows😍

  13. Retrouve.com currently has 25% off site wide, free 2 day shipping. With purchase of full size product receive multi samples including a multi product set. 😊 I purchased the cleansing elixir per your rec.

  14. Hi Michelle!
Thank you for the video. Your empties videos are the best!
By the way thought u'll like to know that because of you I now use rodin body oil. I got both the mermaid and the pink one. I prefer the mermaid one but do like both.
I also just bought the Sisley hair serum and will try it tonight!
Thank you for your great recommendations.

  15. Michele , Curious as to why you use a balm as your second cleanse ? Is it solely because of your eczema? I’m treating a friend of mine who suffers from head to toe eczema; her life is ruled by it . It’s the worse case I’ve ever seen . Puts my scalp dermatitis to shame . Love your content & personality so much . Yeah , I’m not a fan of lavender scented products either . 🤷‍♀️

  16. Please DO THE HAIR CARE video. This is an area not many influencers review. I love high end products, but always curious about different products. Love your channel.

  17. Girl u had COMPLETELY persuaded me to buy the scalp oil from Sisley…..so naturally I clicked the link u left for it and immediately when the page popped.up I started dying laughing 😂😂😂I'm like SERIOUSLY BRANDY? This shit is 195 dollars ……i then remember that I am watching Michelle ……who is the fanciest of all of the youtubers that I watch .. ..i don't buy much luxury brand stuff but I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE to watch all your info about all the luxury products…..it's so so I interesting and I mean how could I NOT watch you when everything u are about is everything I love.

  18. Michelle…..just curious and it may be too personal but what was your career before YouTube? Just curious I guess because like the more I watch u the more I feel.as tho I know u…..Like u may have mentioned your career or jobs on other past videos buy I'm kinda new here.

  19. One of the ways I keep my shampoo working is to use the Neutrogena Anti-Residue shampoo once week — it really helps! I even use my fav shampoo (Oribe) as the second wash right it. ✨

  20. My Augstinus Bader Rich Cream has separated too. I have actually bought it 4 times and every time it has separated. I thought it was just me and because I live in a hot climate, good to know you're having the same problem

  21. I’m obsessed with the Elemis Cleansing Balm. I picked it up in Vegas, actually! I had a treatment at Nordstrom and the balm instantly removed my makeup, balanced my skin, and made an immediate difference in brightness. And no blurry eyes 😉

  22. I have a question about brush cleaning please – I have recently invested in the Rephr brushes having never bought natural hair brushes before and was wondering how often/little I should be cleaning them, if using on a daily basis? Thanks.

  23. Love your videos! The KGD cleansing spa water is a micellar water. Micelles are not "oil" per se, but are made of lipids and are formed when in an aqueous solution. It's a whole chemistry deal, but the great thing about micellar water is that the hydrophobic interactions is what "dissolves" makeup to remove it from the skin, while the hydrophilic components is what allows it to stay in the "water"/solvent. So you get makeup removal with something that feels like water, but does a better job than water by itself (and spares us the oiliness.) So the long and short of it: Micellar waters are "oil-free". The fact that they contain lipids is what confuses people into thinking there's "oil" in it.

  24. PSA for anyone interested in Sisley scalp serum, Sisley currently has 20% off site wide. The scalp serum comes with free hair mask. 😊

  25. Sisley has 20% sale back on! And I bought this serum due to your glowing recommendations! Can’t wait to try! Xoxo

  26. Just dropping a line to say I enjoy your videos a lot! Your of a certain age which is what I like about you, I'm 47 so its great to hear about products that work for our age range. And as other people have said you have a beautiful visage!!

  27. Hi Michele 👑 lovely video 💝. I’m sure you’re aware of this bur Abby Bliss White also found the Augustinus Bader rich cream drying! You guys just saved me $$$$$. Love your content, kisses, Julie 💜💜💜

  28. I’m not sure if you know this or not but the water on the west coast is a lot harder with all the chemicals. I used to live in Phoenix and my hair broke off a lot and my skin was very itchy: I highly recommend getting a shower head filter and also for your kitchen sink. I stopped losing hair and stopped being itchy—it helped tremendously!
