[香港 ２６日 ロイター] – 英金融大手ＨＳＢＣ(HSBA.L), opens new tabはシンガポールの生命保険商品マニュファクチャリング事業の売却プロセスを開始した。関係筋３人によると、同社は１０億ドルを超えるディール（取引）になると期待している。
ＪＰモルガン(JPM.N), opens new tabをアドバイザーに起用したという。
関係筋の１人によると、ＨＳＢＣは日本生命保険や第一生命保険(8750.T), opens new tabを含む潜在的な買い手との協議を開始しており、１カ月以内に同事業に対する拘束力のない提案を受ける見込み。

ＨＳＢＣ、ＪＰモルガン、第一生命はコメントを避けた。

日本生命からはコメント要請への回答を今のところ得られていない。
