The first step to preventing dry flaky skin is keeping yourself hydrated. Make sure you are drinking enough water every day. The standard recommendation are 8 glasses of water per day. Recently I found other sites that make recommendations based on your body weight: http://www.livestrong.com/article/534298-how-much-water-to-drink-per-day-by-body-weight/
Not sure how much you should drink? Consult your doctor.

It's funny how you refer to things as "magic" and "voodoo" all the time. I've been a subbie since the beginning and I've noticed that. When will we get a hair update? Your hair is always on point! Are you still doing dominican blowouts?
You should try Versace crystal noir
I use the dr bonners bar soap and I accidentally purchased the almond hemp scent and I hate that smell it smells like marzipan to me blegh I accidentally picked it up wanting something minty. Who makes almond scented product label green haha
FYI…The Dr. Bonner's soap is also excellent as a vaginal wash especially the peppermint one, trust me its great. It leaves you feeln very clean & fresh just as you wld expect from peppermint. 😉
looking gorgeous as always!
i recommend lush rub rub rub body scrub u will fall in love 😉
love the darker hair on you. love the jacket too. not a fan of the vaseline gel but i love the cocoa butter lotion by vaseline.
I use the Dr. Bronners lavender soap to clean my makeup brushes. I need to try the Almond one for my body b/c the lavender irritates my skin. Do you have a favorite body scrub?
Green is for hemp obvi. But marzipan though? Lol. It smells like a macaroons to me.
No, we are no longer together.
Idk why that scares me lol. Dr. Bronner's soap is so strong. But I want to try that one as a body wash in the summer.
I haven't tried that one yet. I will check it out.
My favorite body scrub is Lush Ocean Salt.
What's great for chicken skin, and I have it on the front of my thighs, is dry brushing. From toe to hands, I dry brush with a natural bristle brush. My skin is soft like a baby's and my chicken bumps are almost gone. Brush can be found at whole foods. And brush every or every other day from toe to head, in upward short strokes.
Shea moisture's body scrub is really nice and has a great fragrance. It also has a great price point too!
You should do a tutorial on this makeup, looks nice
I don't know how I missed these skin vids … Love your tips
The main ingredient of that Vaselin product you use is mineral oil which is the most clogging ingredient ever, just for your info 🙂
Try Amlactin lotion for your KP, it worked for me
Spray your perfume in your hand when you apply body oil. Lasts all day.
Can you use the dr bonners soaps around the vaginal area
It's cherry scented for the Dr Bronners lol. It's called cherry almond. Idk why everyone thinks that's actual almond scent. If you smell raw almonds or eat them they smell/taste nothing like that. Funny to me.
Thank you
Do you still use this ?
Dr. Bronner peppermint soap is great, I use it on my face
Can you do an updated routine
