Guess which series is back indefinitely?! Lol That’s right I revived it once again, the Shea Moisture Masque Saturday Series is alive again! And yea I know I’m uploading this late on Saturday but this was boy birthday weekend so I had a lot of plans to tend to…follow the snaps!
Anyway this videos is about the Shea Moisture Tahitian Noni & Monoi Hair Masque, and girl, this masque WAS NOT my friend so I do not suggest you try this (if your hair is like mine), but if you want there will be a link down below! And don’t worry me reviving this series does not mean the end of the Leave In Conditioner Series. I will have a LIC series video up next week! But You’ll see how this masque reacts with my hair. happy bdat! thanks for your honest review. all shea moisture products are buy one get one half at cvs this week. and shea moisture constantly puts $2 off coupons in the paper.
I purchased the spray hair oil from this line, and I love it! It's contains pure oils and is so softening. Monoi oil is coconut oil and gardenia, and I noticed that it works better in the summertime on my hair, sort of like a glycerin effect. Also, I heard the rinse out conditioner from this line is good and has great slip. I wonder if you used the masque exactly according to directions if it would work better. Some products just are not meant to detangle the hair; plus, the time it takes to detangle an entire head of natural hair causes the product to sit longer on the hair; given there is considerable protein in the product, you may have left it on too long.
SheaMoisture actually recommended this line to me for frizzy hair and it worked well especially with steam. I only use it once in a while though.

I liked it. It was actually a pretty good conditioner. Now, there is a shea moisture masque that I can't stand but I don't remember the name. I never try to brush or comb through my hair with the product in. I usually just put the conditioner in do a nice heat treatment for 20-30 minutes then rinse out. Porosity and sensitivity to this and that make a difference.

I like this masque b/c my hair was over moisturized at one point.
I love your Shea Moisture mask because it's seems like every year they come out with different masks mad confusing. I didn't like the raw Shea Butter the one in the yellow one . The ☝️ catered to transitioners.when I put some evoo and sometimes 🍯 to it didn't sit on my hair . The other one I like is the 10-in-1 renewal for light protein treatment and the black soap dandruff mask for itchy scalp because lately my scalp as been itchy . I guess my scalp get itchy in the fall and winter months. Thanks for helping me navigate to the slew of products . Most of your favorite She Moisture have work for me

I'm a bit late but glad to see you're back with another SM review :). This was useful tho! I'm tempted to get it for this 4c hair, sit in the sauna then wash as normal followed by a moisturizing masque. Think my hair needs this level of protein.
I used that masque as a deep condition and it made my hair feel stripped but clean like i had used a shampoo, like it had removed build up. I also saw another youtube say the same thing about it. not moisturizing at all.
I have fine high porosity hair so my hair loves this stuff…but I don't like using it because I can't stand the smell 😒
