To improve skin, I would firstly look at the diet… carnivore ketovore diet for me, also some people find that dairy and gluten can cause issues with their skin and overall health
Hey i m using duo m + but after using this product my face became worse…. After apply this product my face burn and marks left over there red marks and after some day it's became brownies color and flacky… Now what should i do i continue this cream or stop using this.. This product saved my life. During the covid years, all the stress and mask wearing was destroying my skin and causing me to look like me during puberty all over again, the acne was all over my face and destroying my moral.
I came across this product by chance and they had a sample size bottle packaged with before and after photos – and a copy that says “improvements in XXdays” – can’t recall how many days it’s been so long – so I faithfully used it for XX days straight and it really worked.

I can totally vouch for this product as it has done wonders for me thankfully. I have brown skin and was suffering from hormonal acne, pigmentation and blemishes. I finished two tubes (bought in UK), used all over my face everyday and my blemishes cleared, acne resolved and skin looked much better..!! I believe Effaclar duo old version was better than effaclar duo M but later worked for me as well because I used it all over my face..!! I have stopped using it now but still have La Roche lossy spot treatment for occasional breakouts..!!

I need a good skin routine for normal to dry skin. It’s hard to find the right products. Everyone wants to upsell stuff or try and sell the expensive stuff because they get commission on it etc.
I just need a good sensible routine that covers what I need.

La Roche posay products are the best!!! If one doesn't work…& give it time to work… try another.. really research what u r trying to achieve.. I'd also suggest FRAGRANCE FREE PRODUCTS… if you can they r irritating already irritated skin!!!

Where can I buy just the step 3? I have been looking on online. I couldn’t find. This one has helped with my stubborn pimples. But I ran out of it and now nothing helps.
I use benzoyl peroxide an had noticed little stains on my pajamas. I made no connection between that until now.
