How much is the tuition fee ? I understood you need a different licence in each state, do you have to get a certification to work in other states ? Is it also valid if you want to work abroad ?

Tint Bowl, Marcel Iron, Texturizing Shears, Cutting Cape, Shampoo Cape, Styling and Color Capes, Razor, Foiling Comb with the metal tail it’s different than a rat tail comb these are the correct names for some of the tools you were showing. I wouldn’t use good shears on a mannequin they will dull out quickly save them for clients and get you a cheap pair at Sally’s to use on the mannequins. Info for upcoming students attending cosmetology school.
