I thought I'd check out the hand cream you had from the chemistry brand and its made by deciem, who make the ordinary etc, very interesting 😮. There was a few different types and they all sound great but expensive!! But I'm still interested. I've been using swartzkopf pH colour freeze conditioner lately and although it feels thick, it leaves my hair soft and smooth without the weight. I really enjoy it. I have the co q10 version too but that does leave the hair heavy feeling. Plus I also like the 8 hour miracle oil, I got a small sample and it's been lasting for ages. Some good stuff in your empties. I always enjoy your empties videos. 👍💚

You all need to try the Nivea cream in oil, the cherry blossom one. It's the best ever, get it for $5 on sale!
Hi, Kat. Love to see you. Yesterday, I finished an Origins Charcoal Honey mask and I also finished two Mac lipsticks and decluttered a nearly finished Sephora lipstick. Finally, a Bad Gal Bang mascara, a Shea moisture Shampoo and leave in conditioner and a Milani blush. Lovely process you did. I hope I finish my fluidline in this lifetime. Much love.
I am prone to Frizz but have very fine hair, so the struggle is real.
I have been surprisingly impressed with the Perfect Hair Day volumising shampoo and conditioner. Available from Mecca which makes it easy to find but also a bit spendy.

I've been using Davines for over a year and whilst I loved them at first, I have found them with continued use too heavy for my hair, especially the shampoos. I have just switched to Aveda Blue Malva shampoo and conditioner with my Davines Oi oil and milk for drying, and it's working a treat!

Love you lady! Glad you are safe and healthy over there! I prefer the jouer overnight lip mask. Better scent, better lasting power, and they really hydrate and improve lip health. I don't even crave lip balm in the day when I use it.
i’m only recently getting into using face cream, hand creams and i think i’d quite like the sound of a night time lip cream. Mainly my daughter has hit 15 & is dragging this science nerd tom-boy to the dark-side. The girly side. So at night its a more ‘special’ hand, face & lip creams? Plus body lotion ofc. But which first? Only thing ended up covered in creams is the bed & one of the cats (who licks a vanilla hand creamoff)
i mean when i use the body lotion first then the hand cream kinda slids on top. If i start with the face then it kinda sinks into the hands (& as it costs most i am thinking that can’t be right)
If i do the hands first then i don’t seem to know if i am just rubbing hand cream everywhere.
Don’t go down the toner rabbit hole i just don’t get it.
You could try putting a cable tie on the pump of the Dermalogica so it stops you pushing it down the whole way? I've had products like this and even though I know I don't need a whole pump I do it on auto pilot and a cable tie means you can't go the whole way down. Might be worth a try?

Hey Kat, 2 quick recommendations for conditioner for fine, flat, oily hair: Philip Kingsley Moisture Balancing conditioner (splurge ish), and Monday Volume conditioner (Save), also for lips – Bepanthen Nappy Rash ointment is the bomb applied thick before bed, Margot Robbie uses it too apparently, for me it works better than Mario Badescu 🙂
I love the Bioré watery essence but it's really difficult to get in the UK. Takes ages to arrive!
I love the Mecca Cosmetica nourishing hand cream, it makes my hands feel nicely hydrated but it soaks in really well, just like you said. I personally love the scent, but I can see that it wouldn't be for everyone. I also dislike the metal packaging of the smaller sizes, so I now have the big pump bottle that lives by my bedside and I pump some out into a little bottle that I actually bought for shampoo for travelling but I now use shampoo bars, and the little bottle lives in my work bag/handbag.
Is it bad that I really want the Glow Mist because I like the smell, but know it won’t do anything… and already have plans for what I would put in the bottle afterwards??? *btw, CAN you re-use the bottle?

I have similar skin tone to you, I’m usually a very similar match to your winter foundation shades, just wondering with the nars complete concealer sample pots you used, which shade did you use that would suit your winter skin tone the best ? I purchased the shade “Madeleine”, it’s abit light and yellowy though

I get warm fuzzies when people show love to Mac cosmetics. I actually love tubing mascara. The Blinc is my favorite. I can be 💯 percent sure my mascara will not smudge. Sweating, rain, heat, head cold, no mirror around no worries. I like that most of all.
