   If you're an older person in your 60's and 70's do not use an electric toothbrush, it's too strong for our teeth. I bought my husband a good electric toothbrush and two of his teeth broke, he's in his late 60's, it was too much for his old teeth. LOL I want to try the Boka toothpaste.

    Sonicare is amazing. Once you use this, you can’t use anything else! My mum is a dental hygienist and swears by it. My dentist too. It’s just that good. ✨🤍

    I like Naturium for their skincare but never knew they did body care too, although in the UK it's just their face stuff available here. My favourite haircare this year has been Amika and K18, they make my hair so soft and smooth.

    Try Char by Henry Rose. It's a clean, toxic-free perfume that smells very similar to By the Fireplace by Replica, which is my favorite.

    Bought this toothpaste immediately. I also struggle with cavities and every time I go for my cleaning I think to myself this is the year I won't have any! Just for them to tell me I have at least 3, every. Single. Time. Maybe 2023 really is the year I won't have any! Thanks Allie!! Can't wait to try it !

    Hi, Allie! My favorites were the hair recommendations. I love the revlon hair tool and I have bought the l’ange version and love it even more. This year I started using briogeo on your recommendation, and it’s been great! I also use that bed head hair product you mentioned, and didn’t realize how great it is until one time I decided to use something else, and my hair was CRAZY!

    I actually just found an amazing toothbrush in the last couple weeks. It's from Hello. It has a metal handle and you replace the head of the toothbrush! The weight of it gives me a better experience making sure my teeth are clean. I feel seen knowing others are really jazzed about their teeth cleaning 😂

    fluor is absolutely safe for you!!!
    for it to be toxic you have to swallow 37 WHOLE tubes of toothpaste, it's literally impossible!
    Fluor is necessary for teeth health, please look into it. Don't fall into fear mongering
    like anything can be toxic, for instance drinking litres and litres of water is toxic.

    For anyone wondering: you'd have to literally eat toothpaste to get an "overdose" of fluoride, and the worst symptoms of fluoride overdose from toothpaste is an upset stomach.

    i love that you are so into oral health! I work at a dental office and you can use the mouthwash first, floss, brush then tongue scrape so allow the paste to stay on your teeth!

    Don’t rush out to get the Dyson hair wrap. I’ve been disappointed as it doesn’t hold the curl in my hair. Gives a great wave for me but it drops out very quickly – especially after all the hard work styling!

    I’ve loved your best of each category series! Thanks for sharing your favorites! My little sister is getting married in May and has a very tight wedding budget. She doesn’t know much about make up (or have any) so I’m going to be helping her out. I’d love to see a video of how to do bridal make up and the best budget products to use!

    Never heard of Naturium until now and have sensitive skin especially after becoming a mom awhile back. I’ve been in a desperate need for body care that doesn’t irritate my skin. I just bought a whole ton thanks to your recommendations and I hope it works well for me. Thanks for these Allie Awards vids.

    I bought the BOKA toothpaste, but I don't like the texture. It's like brushing my teeth with a gel moisturizer. It doesn't feel like it should go on my teeth. I will give it another try, but I don't think it's for everyone.

    Be extra careful post baby with your teeth as post postpartum can create damage to your teeth.

    I have just started this video and omg I have already bought the VERY FIRST PRODUCT 😂😆😂 I been having bad teeth problems so hopefully it helps
