Baby wash cloths are also a great cloth to
use on the cookie! With the Dove baby wash
SPF50 is no match for the African sun I’m afraid. Love these videos Paulina, looking forward to you coming back to Europe, even though it’s nice to see a bit of home.
Regarding the cookie (lol) for anyone struggling in particular (although it applies to everyone tbh) just wash yourself down there everytime you have to go to the bathroom!

Luckly a of discount stores carry natural cruelty free products LOVE original source shower gels with exfoliating gloves( no more loofah) & salt scrub before bed

I'm actually using many of the products from your vid :)) As for the entire body exfoliation, most of the time I use small soft cotton towels. They work wonders! The gunk they scrub off…
I exfoliate every single morning, and trying to cut back to few times per week. It's time consuming…but I'm not sure how effective cutting back be would be…
How many times per week do you do that?
I also love Trader Joe’s body butters, very affordable and very similar to The Body Shop!

Yes Palmers is a staple for me. I use their firming butter and the body oil. They smell soooooo good too. 💜. I have the same problems with body washes having to much fragrance. I get irritated down there if I use them. I use Sweet Spot body wash. Its great and also Honey Pot which is sold at Target.

I think my favourite drugstore brand is Dove especially their Derma Spa Summer Revived line – definitely recommend it. They have a face cream and body lotions. They gently gradually tan your face and body, are super moisturising and a very little goes a loooong way, plus they smell divine in my opinion. I also love Body Shop, adore their body yogurts (I find they absorb much better than the body butter) and come in a range of gorgeous smells. Also a massive fan of their peppermint foot cream, it’s very nourishing and smells like sugared mint – can’t go wrong with that!💚🦶Another favourite from the drugstore is Soap and Glory – I’m not sure regarding the availability outside the Uk, but if you can get your hands and feet😉 on their products I highly recommend them also. Haha we are just simple ppl.but i have a taste for expensive things that are impracticle but..i think its still healthy to learn and want even if i can have just one on my list of 14 id be happy.so the first one i really want is the paco rabanne olympea. i used to use the body butters from body shop back in the day and girl those are SO moisturizing! I need to revisit those and start using them now more than ever now that i'm late 40's 🙂
