I really wish I enjoyed the tomato scent as you, but to me it smells like a dusted antique sofa with spice. I don’t sense the freshness because it’s so overwhelming and to me less plant like. Perhaps it was the scents I smelled, one from Maison Margiela Replica (garden), bath and body works (on the vine), and Demeter. D:
I adore tomato and geranium scents as well. I treasure and baby my Daylesford tomato candle from London since it’s not easy to obtain in the US where I live.

I love the smell of tomato vines in my garden after a summer rain shower. I found a random candle scented like tomato leaves at Target a couple of years ago and bought one for myself and one for a friend. I bet these luxury ones are even better! I’m going to be on the lookout for them here in Ohio. It is just coming into tomato season for us; Memorial Day weekend the good Grainger County tomatoes from Tennessee hit the markets up here. The ones in my backyard won’t fully ripen until July or August, but then I should have a good 8 weeks of overflowing fresh slicers and cherry tomatoes because I staggered the plantings. 🍅
A few other tomato leaf perfumes to consider: Xyrena Attack of the Killer Tomatoes, O Boticario Privee Tomate, Maison Martin Margiela From the Garden, Astrophil & Stella Chromodoro, and Piper & Perro Vine.

Bath & Body Works recently came out with a tomato fragrance, it's called Off The Vine! It's on the sweeter side but still pleasantly green and fresh. And on the more affordable side!
i absolutely love the flamingo estate roma tomato line. the surface cleaner is not only divinely peppery and green but it works really well to get rid of kitchen grease stains! i love this whole line so so much

Since I was a little girl I always remembered the smell of fresh picked tomatoes from my dad’s garden. I always buy tomatoes on the vine and smell them as I put them in my basket. I am very sensitive to scents and many cause me migraines but I’m going to have to try some of these as tomato vine may be a smell in a cologne that I can tolerate. Thanks Matilda!

Great video! I prefer the Jo Malone tomato leaf scent over the Replica one (though I adore the Replica line). Still, I've not found any tomato fragrances that compare to the smell of real tomato vines grown outside by my mom in South Carolina, USA. I'm currently in New Jersey, USA with my partner and canned tomatoes are everywhere because of Italian food's prominence here. Fun fact: NJ is like the unofficial fragrance capital of the states!

my absolute favourite is the margiela from the garden candle (the perfume is fine but sits a bit weirdly on my skin unfortunately). my dad has always kept a diy greenhouse as he loves to grow his own tomatoes, potatoes, strawberries etc… needless to say i am VERY familiar with the smell of tomatoes growing on the vine. from the garden smells EXACTLY like that – the dirt and grass and all! it's so nostalgic

I picked up a tomato candle at Trader Joe’s because you had mentioned loving the scent, so I could see if it’’s “better” than the ‘wild mint&eucalyptus’ that I currently have. I don’t know why the Nest Wild Mint & Eucalyptus has such a hold on me, but it doesn’t matter. I could go for a tomato sandwich right now, though!
Has anyone tried Demeter's version of Tomato greens? I have always loved the scent of tomato vine/leaves; it smells like a hot summer day in a garden to me. This is lovely to have some new scents to try but I've been tempted to try Demeter's as it's such a good price point
