Hey Kat, seems like a great value with usable samples. Nineteen bucks doesn't buy much these days, so I'd say well worth it. Re the Babe Lash. Check the ingredients out before you use it; I've heard that those kind of serums might have an ingredient that can tint green/blue eyes brown. In fact, I thought it was you that had mentioned this, like a couple months or so ago? Anyway, I've been using the Llily Fan lash serum for 8 months or so now and I love the results, which were pretty dramatic on me. Took about three months, but wow. A clear difference. I have brown eyes, so no difference there.
I think you did good by upgrading – you got very good value imo.
