And there are some rollers/massagers I have seen here in hongkong to use on arms or legs. Do they work for bumps on arms. Coz I have jelly like arms n bumps also on my arms n I dont lke it.

Try the Koh Gen Do cleansing water! It's great for removing eye makeup without making it greasy.
