  1. Not true about muscle stretching. I had of couple bicep injuries because I wasn't stretching them before lifting. I never did it when I was younger and had no problems but after I hit 40, that won't fly anymore

  2. Lol. 😆 I used to s*** like that long time ago.. it does come out more easy when you prop your feet on the toilet seat like that and squat on top of it

The only reason antiperspirant or deodorant works is because it's got aluminum in it which is a toxic metal to the body it covers the pores to your underarm pits and it also covers the lymph node system which drains through your armpits causing sweats and any other normal effect your body does to get rid of things while nobody wants to smell sweat it does have a little bit of an odor it is normal for you to sweat now to be pungent and smell you may want to use a cornstarch baby powder or just simply put a paper towel under your arm before you go anywhere it will catch your sweat I work in healthcare in the emergency room. Do you know the 80% of all breast cancer is related to the use of women of deodorants it is true research it.

  9. I always thought that each tube of toothpaste was for one brushing, thank god I can stop ramming a full tube into my mund. As for being a male and going to the bathroom standing up I can say that its almost impossible to get those little turds out when your standing.

  11. i sit on the toilet on a deep squat backwards and thats a non correct way but it can make it make me poop more.
