  1. As far as i know, the "Extra Vieille" quality (double maceration) of Farina's eau de Cologne was created in 1875 by Roger & Gallet , so Napoleon couldn't have worn it…
    It is the eau de Cologne simply called "Jean-Marie Farina" which is the one created by Farina in 1806 from the recipe by his ancestor, an another JM Farina, who was the real creator of the first eau de Cologne at the beginning of the 18th Century. In 1806, Farina became the Napoleon's provider.

  2. I have a 15ml bottle of it which is almost 15 years old..but now it doesn’t smell bad though, i even dont know how it smelled 15 yrs ago…as it was in a box for a long time unopened.
    Dont know what to do with it 🙃
