  1. I use SM jbco shampoo primarily.
bentonite and acv did not work for my hair.
I am about to try a natural shampoo bar. I have been supporting natural products made by YouTubers such as Ty Crable and 22nd century natural woman, trying to get my hair healthier….

  2. I use Creme of Nature Argan Oil shampoo, been using it for 2 years now and it's soooo moisturising and you can detangle with it too and I use the Pantene Cleasing Co-Wash as a mid week refresher if my mum hasn't done my hair yet

  3. Of all the youtube videos that I have watched, yours are the MOST INFORMATIVE for me. I ordered a book by Andre Walket that tells us how to care for our hair. I found that I am a mixture of 4a/b hair. I didn't have to do the proxity test because wheb I read and it said if your hair sinks in water its high and if it stays on top of water for awhile its low. Well, I always flush my hair. I don't know why… but I do and I've noticed that my hair sinks IMMEDIATELY! Aside from you having some 3c type hair…..we have the same hair. My hair NEVER gets dry to me but it is soft and falls out rather quickly but it doesn't lose length. Is that possible??? To me my hair NEVER grows but according to my mom and daughter its growing. I want to color my hair. I just hate dark hair but I don't want to mess it up by coloring it. Is there a safe way to color natural hair? You have a new subscriber and I will be watching you and you only from now on. I'm not as pretty as you but we kinda look alike!!! Lol I have a hard time with mu hair because I am mixed Black/Puerto Rican and my hair is a mess. I've only been natural a year in September and I'm hoping that my year 2 will nring great results and longer hair. I love your length. …enough to do things with and be versatile. I'm so glad I found you. keep the videos coming!

  4. cool shampoos i use the shea mositure manuka as a follow up to my garlic sulfate shampoo i love both of those shampoos, when i mean follow up i use the shea moisture after i use the garlic shampoo to get my moisture back in your hair looks beautiful girl tfs!

  5. Its a good shampoo but i will have to switch soon because the hair will get used to it. Will definitely try ACV rinse and the clay it looks interesting to see how it works on my HP hair 🙂

  6. That Shea moisture omega shampoo is the business. It gives me the best feeling. I love the squeaky clean feeling.

  7. Are you familiar with Dr. Bronner's 18 in 1 castile soap? It's a really heavy soap, its organic, no sulfates but it acts and feels like one. I think that one removes silicones, because when I used it(even when i pre-pooed) it really left my hair and scalp stripped. lol

  8. Hey AK, could you please do a short video of how you clarify your hair with AVC, because I'm afraid of not doing right hahaha ?

  9. Actually, AK, you don't need sulfates to remove silicones. Any clarifying shampoo with Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate (not a sulfate despite its similar sounding name) will remove both silicones and polyquaterniums. And Centrimonium Chloride found in cowashes like AsIAm will remove silicones also. Check your label on the Eden cowash (great slip, that one!). You may already have what works!

  10. Great video. You are so much help. I'm lo-po but my mom is Hi-po. When you say clarify do you mean it removes cones also or must I have sulfates for that? Hair can be so confusing now.

  11. Have you tried looking into the Hask protein shampoo and conditioner line because that gave my Aphogee a run for it money and it is affordable too. I was able to get mine from target. The amount of protein in them is high.

  12. Hey I really enjoyed this video! You offered some great suggestions. I have high porosity, thick hair so your videos are exactly what I'm looking! keep up the great work !

  13. I'm in love with the Africa Black Soap recipe from Nap85! it is the bomb. I do her prepoo with Aloe Vera leaf, and I rinse with aloe vera gel. these combo are a winner for my high porosity hair

  14. Afro Khadisiac. Hello from Colombia. Thanks for your videos. Simply AMAZING!. I think that my hair porosity is high. I ordered a few SheaMoisture products, for first time ever ( sadly, before watching your videos ) including the Manuka Honey and Mafura Shampoo and conditioner, Have you tried this products?, Do you think they work for high porosity hair? was a mistake to buy this products?. please Help me.

  15. So I became so excited that I came across your video because it's soo informative. the only thing is that I need help I can't find the Shea moisture high porosity moisture seal shampoo. Is it under a different name. I'm from Philly so we pretty much have all the stores here.

  16. HASK has an awesome sulfate free clarifying shampoo with charcoal. Works perfectly. Actually, any sulfate free shampoo that contains coco betaine will remove silicones.
