  1. Please make sure your skin is slightly wet before using the Vaseline cuz it's less of a moisturiser and more of an anti-demoisturiser. Basically it keeps moisture in.

  2. Everything you've shown contains unwanted chemicals. I don't buy them. Vaseline is made from petroleum, hence its name. It stinks like oil! Vaseline coats/covers the skin but does not absorb. Instead, use castor oil. Your body benefits from its nutrients! Compresses will sooth arthritic joints. Castor oil also gets rid of eye infections & ugly, crusty moles. I had one on my eye brow & one on my leg. After 2 wks, they were gone. You can also use olive oil, rosemary oil, or anything kike that for your skin/hair. I make them at home. Avoid the HBA isle at stores & search for natural remedies. We don't need those chemicals!

  4. A few years ago I developed an extreme reaction to a med shot– red, bumpy, itchy skin, over 70% of body. Water fasting healed me. ointments wouldn’t work, but fasting on water started the healing process and section by section areas of skin healed up. It took multiple fasts, my first couple of fast, one about a week long, but I healed up more than half of the affected areas with mostly one day fasts and a few three day fasts thrown in there. but I eventually healed myself completely. I was mostly healed after about 10 to 12 months, but the remaining and most stubborn areas (my stomach and sides) took another 4-5 months of Weekly 24 hour fasts.

I’d say about 80% of the time when I did a fast, I would see Improvement during or at the conclusion of the fast.

I can’t guarantee it will work for everybody in every case, but I have found that fasting on water from 1-3 days, (or 1 to 7 days if you’re more practiced at fasting) is one of the best things a person can do to dramatically bring down inflammation levels in the body.

Wishing everyone the very best of health and healing.❤
