Don’t all lotions and cream moisturize dry and itchy skin? Why are there different kinds for the time of day, and body parts? Is moisturizer any different from moisturizing lotion or just plain lotion? What happens if I use foot lotion on my face, or aftershave lotion on my hand?

i think they just want to make money off these products but to me lotion is diffrent from hand cream hand cream lotion is for the hands but the cream lotion is thicker than the body loiton as long as it don't have perfume in them i guess you can you it for your face if it not a foot lotion to lol.
Face creams are especially different as most body creams will make the face break out due to the texture being to thick

Lots of differences!!
Not to mention the fct ur only listing the two ingredients needed in any lotion type moisturizer
You need to look at every ingredient and you need to look at the position in which they are placed
