Has anyone tried following the KC Knot Today with a non-gel styler from another brand? I like putting twists in my daughter’s hair and typically use the Camille Rose Almond Jai as the styler. But I’m looking for a good leave-in conditioner with a lot of slip to pair with the Almond Jai. My daughter is really tender headed + has a lot of hair, so detangling and parting her hair usually results in a lot of tears. And I’ve heard the Knot Today really helps with that.
