Only halfway through so far, but two things – 1. I've been LOVING the Aveda hand relief night renewal serum – game changer. I've been using it on its own, but I think you are supposed to layer the regular hand relief on top. 2. The Happiness Project is one of my all-time favorite books. I've read everything else she's written, but it's still the best. : )

I HATED the Happiness Project book! Are you done with it yet? It was okay at the beginning, but as it went on I just got tired of listening to her whine and complain all the time and try to "Be Gretchen" I would not recommend that one!
