I know this was sooo long ago, so maybe you've already done this. But! You say you detest going to the liquor store, I'm sure there are more upscale or homey wine stores that you can find. It makes all the difference when you enjoy the atmosphere and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. 🍷 🥂
